Millennium City Expressway Private Limited Claim The Concessionaire of Delhi-Gurgaon Expressway (NH-8) has made a claim of Rs. 78 Crore with NHAI (National Highways Authority of India). This claim is on account of loss of revenue and delay in toll rate hike and ban on toll imposed by Hon'ble Punjab and Haryana High Court. The claim is under examination in NHAI. This information was given by Minister of State for Road Transport & Highways, Shri Pon. Radhakrishnan in a written reply to a question in the Lok Sabha today.
