PDIL Presents Dividend Cheque to Hon'ble Minister of Chemicals & Fertilizers Shri Ananth Kumar

Projects & Development India Limited (PDIL), a PSU under the Department of Fertilizers, has presented a Dividend Cheque to Hon'ble Minister of Chemicals & Fertilizers Shri Ananth Kumar in New Delhi today. CMD of PDIL Shri S. Venkateswar, handed over the Cheque in the presence of Minister of State for Chemicals & Fertilizers Shri Nihal Chand, Secretary, Department of Fertilizers Shri Jugal Kishore Mohapatra and other officials. PDIL had earned a total income of Rs. 72.61 Crores and the Profit Before Tax (PBT) is Rs. 1.94 Crores during the year 2013-14. PDIL has declared a dividend of 10% of paid up capital, which amounts to Rs. 1.73 Crores. PDIL has been consistently paying dividend for the past seven years.
