PM releases "The Z Factor," a book written by Shri Subhash Chandra The Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi, today released a book named "The Z Factor" written by Shri Subhash Chandra. Speaking on the occasion, the Prime Minister described Shri Subhash Chandra as a person who always cared for the weaker sections of society. The Prime Minister also recounted some anecdotes about his earlier interactions with Shri Subhash Chandra.
