President of India pays floral tributes to Shri R. Venkataraman on his Birth Anniversary
The President of India, Shri Ram Nath Kovind, paid floral tributes to Shri R. Venkataraman, former President of India, on the occasion of his birth anniversary at Rashtrapati Bhavan today (December 4, 2017).
The President, family members of Shri R. Venkataraman as well as officers and staff of the Presidents Secretariat paid respects before a portrait of Shri R. Venkataraman in Rashtrapati Bhavan.
