President of Indias message on the eve of National Day of Uruguay The President of India, Shri Pranab Mukherjee has extended his greetings and felicitations to the Government and people of the Oriental Republic of Uruguay on the eve of their National Day (August 25, 2015). In his message to His Excellency Mr. Tabare Vazquez President of the Oriental Republic of Uruguay, the President has said, On behalf of the Government and the people of India and on my own behalf, it gives me great pleasure to convey to you and to the people of the Oriental Republic of Uruguay, warm greetings and felicitations on the occasion of your National Day.
