The festival of Holi symbolizes the vibrant colours of our diverse multicultural society and the spirit of tolerance and harmony that has been the essence of our culture and civilisation. May this unique festival of colours be a joyous expression of the spirit of pluralism. May it strengthen the fraternal bonds amongst our citizens".
