A Conference on 'Protecting Rights of Vulnerable Children in Contact with Railways' was organized by the National commission for Protection of Child Rights on its 8th Foundation Day in New Delhi today. The Conference was inaugurated by the Union Minister of Women and Child Development, Smt. Maneka Sanjay Gandhi.
