Scope HR Summit 2015 Begins Anant Geete Stresses on Human Resources Departments to Provide Proper Direction to the Employees so that they Could be a Valuable Asset

The two day SCOPE HR Summit 2015 begin here in New Delhi today with an emphasizing note from Union Heavy Industries and Public Enterprises Minister Shri Anant G. Geete to the Human Resource professionals from CPSEs for playing responsible and informed role to nurture the human resource in the organizations to produce quality products in line with the vision of Make in India launched by Government of India. Inaugurating the summit. The minister said Globalization has changed the business environment and way of doing business this has brought to centre stage the importance of Human Resource professionals. He said we have to strive hard and the HR departments are required to provide proper direction to the employees so that they could be a valuable asset in their respective field of expertise.
