The Commission has invited entries from film makers, producers, artists and individuals who are Indian citizens of above 18 years of age. However, any Indian citizen irrespective of age can participate in the Poster competition. The first prize for short films is Rs.100, 000 and second & third prize carry cash award of Rs. 75,000 & Rs. 50,000 respectively. The cash award for the First, Second and Third prize in Still Photograph and Poster competition category are: Rs.50,000, Rs.30,000 and Rs.20,000. There is no entry fee for this competition. Entries for short films can be in any language with sub-titles in Hindi or in English. Detailed Terms and Conditions for the competitions are available at NCPCR website www.ncpcr.gov.in and the last date for receiving entries is February 13, 2017. The winners of all categories will be awarded at a function on the Foundation Day Celebrations of the Commission on 5th March, 2017 in New Delhi.
