Status Note on Return of Indian Boats from Pakistan

Government of India had diplomatic talks with the Government of Pakistan for release and return of 57 nos. of Indian fishing boats in the custody of Pakistan. Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) was entrusted to complete the mission of repair and return of boats in time bound manner. MHA arranged the movement of 8-member team as proposed by the Government of Gujarat to Pakistan for inspection/repair/return of the boats on March 10, 2015.
