WCD Minister, Smt. Maneka Sanjay Gandhi interacts with women journalists on International Women's Day Proposes setting up of honorary women police officers at grassroots level to prevent crimes against women

The Union Minister of Women and Child Development, Smt. Maneka Sanjay Gandhi interacted with women journalists at the Women's Press Club in New Delhi on the eve of International Women's Day today. She answered the queries raised by women journalists on the issues ranging from sexual assaults, sexual harassment of women at workplace, adoption, surrogacy, nutrition and the status of women in the society.
