Some 47 polling centres were torched in Dinajpur and Lalmonirhat in a bid to foil the 10th parliamentary election in Bangladesh.
The attackers also beat up three policemen and a presiding officer at Vandardah Government Primary School in Lalmonirhat.
According to the Daily Star, meanwhile, 23 crude bombs blasted at nine polling centers in Jessore, Rajshahi and Chittagong.
Miscreants looted ballot boxes from four polling stations in Jessore and torched a police vehicle in Chittagong.
In Kurigram, police recovered 13 petrol bombs near the house of a local Awami League activist in Sadar upazila.
So far, the Election Commission has postponed polls at 139 polling centres across the country due to arson attacks and snatching of ballot papers and boxes, the report said.
At least 100 polling centres in 23 districts have been torched.
