In an allegation involving an "aircraft carrying Mr Brad Pitt and his children," the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) is deciding to look into the matter that preceded the filing of divorce of Hollywood's golden couple.
According to The Telegraph, the FBI has said it is considering whether to launch an investigation into an alleged incident on an aircraft carrying the 52-year-old actor and his children.
The allegations stem from a flight from France to Minnesota when the 'Mr and Mrs Smith' is alleged to have got drunk before going "wild," screaming and "getting physical."
"The FBI is continuing to gather facts and will evaluate whether an investigation at the federal level will be pursued," the FBI confirmed in a statement.
41-year-old Angelina Jolie had recently filed for divorce from the actor citing 'irreconcilable differences' and has asked for physical custody of the couple's six children.
On the other hand, a source close to the actor is reported to defend him saying, "He was never physically abusive to her or the kids."

"He did yell at one of their children on the plane during an argument, but he didn't hit the child. Brad is denying claims of inappropriate behaviour," the source explained.
Another source had also stood up for the father of six who takes the matter "very seriously" and says he did not commit any abuse of his children.
"It's unfortunate that people involved are continuing to present him in the worst possible light," the source added.
