Pakistan was ranked the least among 24 developing nations surveyed to find out mobile and internet users, said a Pew research report released on Friday.
Almost 95 per cent of the respondents in China owned a cell phone and one third of them were smartphones users. Half of them had at least used the internet.
In Pakistan, only 50 per cent respondents had cell phones and only three per cent were smart phone users.
Those who availed internet services were eight per cent. India was not part of the survey conducted between March and May 2013.
