UK Home Secretary Theresa May, who is the preferred choice of 199 out of 330 Conservative MPs to be the next leader of their party and the government, is peculiarly popular for her shoe fetish. She sported thigh-high leather boots to greet the Queen at the Horse Guards Parade last year. She wore similar boots for a function to welcome South Korean President Park Geun-Hye back in 2013.
