Clinton said though she had differences on policies and principles with the Republican candidates in the past but for Trump, she said: "...he was not fit to be president and commander in chief."
"I think it's clear to anyone who heard it (video) that it represents exactly who he is. We've seen him rate women on their appearance, ranking them from one to 10... it's not only women, it's not only this video... This is who Donald Trump is," she added.

Clinton: Referring to the allegations against her husband, she said: “And I’ll tell you what, I didn’t think I’d say this, but I’m going to say it, and I hate to say it, but if I win, I am going to instruct my attorney general to get a special prosecutor to look into your situation.”
Clinton's promise to appoint a special prosecutor was meant for Paula Jones, Kathleen Willey and Juanita Broaddrick, who have each accused her husband of sexual assault. According to the Associated Press, Trump held a pre-debate conference flanked by the three women, who repeated their allegations against Bill Clinton.
CLINTON'S DELETED EMAILS
Trump says he will put Clinton in jail
Trump vowed to launch a special investigation against Clinton over her use of a private email server as Secretary of State, if elected as the US President and ensure she is jailed.
"We are going to get a special prosecutor and we are going to look into it, because you know what? People... Their lives have been destroyed for doing one-fifth of what you have done. And it's a disgrace. And honestly, you ought to be ashamed of yourself," Trump said.
Clinton calls Trump a liar
Clinton accused Trump of lying. "Because everything he just said is absolutely false, but I'm not surprised," she said. "Oh, really?" Trump remarked.
"It is just awfully good that someone with the temperament of Donald Trump is not in charge of the law in our country," Clinton said. "Because you'd be in jail," Trump said in another interruption.

Trump: "In my opinion, the people that have been long-term workers at the FBI are furious. There has never been anything like this, where e-mails... And you get a subpoena and after getting the subpoena you delete 33,000 e-mails, and then you acid wash them or bleach them, as you would say, very expensive process."
Clinton: "I've said before, but I'll repeat it, because I want everyone to hear it that was a mistake and I take responsibility for using a personal e-mail account. Obviously, if I were to do it over again, I would not. I'm not making any excuses. It was a mistake. And I am very sorry about that."

Clinton called reining in the cost of the Affordable Care Act the highest priority of the next president. She "agrees" that premiums have gotten too high.

"Obamacare will never work. It's very bad health insurance," Trump said, insisting that it is too expensive.

Trump mellows on Muslim ban, opts for 'extreme vetting'
When pressed on whether a ban on Muslims from entering the country was no longer his position, Trump said the ban in "some form has morphed into an extreme vetting from certain areas of the world".
"It's called extreme vetting. We are going to areas like Syria where they're coming in by the tens of thousands because of Barack Obama, and Hillary Clinton wants to allow a 550 per cent increase over Obama," Trump said, adding, "People are coming into our country like we have no idea who they are where they're from, what their feelings about our country is and she wants 550 per cent more. This is going to be the great Trojan horse of all time."
Trump said he does not want to see hundreds of thousands of people coming in from Syria "when we know nothing about them, we know nothing about their values, and we know nothing about their love for our country".
Clinton says Islam not the enemy
Clinton shot back, saying: "We are not at war with Islam."
She said Trump's "extremely unwise" and "even dangerous" comments about Muslims are used to recruit terrorists.
Clinton said as president she will not let anyone into the country who she thinks poses a risk to America but a lot of refugees, mostly women and children, cannot be refused entry in the US just because they are Muslims.
"But we will have vetting that is as tough as it needs to be from our professionals, our intelligence experts, and others. But it is important for us as a policy not to say as Donald has said, we're going to ban people based on a religion," Clinton said.
