New Delhi-based ERA Business School (EBS) today announced a uniquely designed Mini MBA program for the teenagers to nurture their interest in management skills during this summer holidays.
This program has been designed for school students of age group 13 to 19 years. It will introduce them to the basic and important functions of business and management and will also act as a foundation for those amongst them who choose management as a career in the future.
The programme involves fun-learning sessions on Leadership, Corporate Communication, Managerial Economics, Information Technology for Managers, Marketing, Finance, Human Resource Management, Strategic Management, Yoga, Theatre and Dance.
This programme will be conducted from 19 May to 28 June. The admission to the 60 seats available in this programme will be based on an interview to be conducted at EBS from 10 to 17 May.

Dr Sanjiv Marwah, Director of EBS said, "This type of management programme for teenagers is perhaps the first of its kind in India. Mini MBA will be a 100 hours programme to be delivered by top class ex IIM faculty and includes an industrial visit also. Students will also be exposed to personality development and corporate etiquettes."
