This structuring came in the backdrop of the increase in IT recruitment in the country and the demand for providing candidates with the right fit on target. |

"Our domain and vertical focus will ensure better understanding of clients' needs and address their staffing challenges," he said. He added that the company will function as an extended HR arm of its clients. |

At present, the company has about 550 'consultant' employees (deployed in some of the leading IT firms) on its rolls and plans to hire about 600 professionals in different domains like ERP and CRM for its clients, during the next 6-8 months. |

After the restructuring, the company has created two separate divisions "� TechSource and TechSearch. |

Through TechSource, it will focus on offering ongoing workforce and superior technical and IT staffing services to top IT companies like TCS, Infosys and IBM. With TechSearch, the placement division, it will place IT professionals for middle and higher levels in select domains like ERP, CRM, Web technologies, mainframe, among others. |

Since higher contractual periods of its employees and senior job profiles are seen as a growing trend by the company, it expects TechSource as the engine of growth and generating incremental revenue. |

Founded eight years ago, the ISO-certified Focus Infotech has been recording a compounded annual growth rate of 30 per cent. It expects 30-35 per cent growth by the end of this fiscal to register a revenue of around Rs 18 crore. It plans to open offices in Kochi and Kolkata, taking the total number of branch offices to seven in the country. It also has a marketing office in Atlanta, US. |
