IIMB attracts Ivy League colleges

Students from Harvard Business School, Yale and Cornell visited the IIM Bangalore Campus last month to interact with the students of IIMB. The team of 30 students from Harvard were on an immersion trip to India to meet top political and business leaders of the country.
 
They visited Infosys, Biocon and UB and met with top executives there. As a part of this trip they came down to the IIMB campus and spent some time discussing various issues regarding Indian business and the economy and interacting with the faculty and students.
 
The students from Cornell were accompanied by their Professor of Entrepreneurship and visited the campus with a focus on this subject. They visited the N S Raghavan Centre for Entrepreneurial Learning on campus and met with the students and faculty associated with it to discuss at length the challenges and aspects of incubating and facilitating entrepreneurial ventures.
 
The interactions were a great learning experience and the visiting colleges expressed a keen interest in building a long relationship with IIMB, where by students of both colleges can visit each other through official programs", said Rishabh Goel , a student of IIMB who interacted with the visiting students.
 
IIMB has built strong relationships with other top universities with its excellent exchange program involving more than 80 universities across the globe. Such events bring IIMB closer to top universities and provide opportunities for learning and sharing of resources.
