The Supreme Court has given some relief to the PGDM (post graduate diploma in management) institutions, facing legal hurdle to start the admission process, for 2015-16.
The court has granted extension of its earlier interim order restoring the status quo and staying the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) notification of 2010 for the academic year 2015-16. The case is being jointly fought by EPSI, Jaipuria Institute of Management and Association of Indian Management Schools (AIMS).
The court had already extended its interim order until 2014-15.
