Teams from management institutes will develop a comprehensive plan for the launch of a product over a period of two months.

Live cases for Britannia will be floated at regular intervals in which the participants will be tested across a varying set of constraints and business environments.

The top five entries will be invited to present their solutions in the presence of a grand jury from Britannia.

The teams are to fight it out at four stages of the game. Genesis, the first phase, will have contestants come up with a pre-launch business strategy after doing an analysis of the existing market environment.

The strategy will take into account parameters like customer-need identification, market criteria, competitor analysis, feature of services/ product and segmentation.

In the second phase, Acts, contestants will have to do a feasibility analysis of their concept using strategic tools and taking into account all the macro and micro economic business variables.

An internal analysis will be done on resources, capabilities and competencies, valuation and financial strategy and marketing strategy.

The product or the services will actually reach the customer in Revelations, the third phase.

The last phase, Grand Finale, will be a Q&A session with the jury from Britannia and eminent business leaders, during "Prerana", NITIE's flagship business event on October 12.
