Xavier Labour Relations Institute (XLRI) has announced the opening of admission for the virtual interactive learning (VIL) programmes for its courses in 'business management' and 'human resource management.

In addition to the primary mode of imparting the residential management education, XLRI has been having VIL programmes since 2002. The Virtual Interactive Learning programmes enable working executives to undertake formal management learning in the city they reside and work, at a convenient time schedule without disrupting their professional commitments to enhance their management-centric knowledge, skills and competencies.

"XLRI's VIL programme aims to provide worthwhile management education to today's professionals and executives, who are willing to complete their management education whilst still being in service or while being involved with their own business," said Ashish Pani, associate dean, Virtual Interactive Learning programmes, XLRI.
