3 NCDEX contracts off

The National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange has said that Kilo gold and Mega silver contracts and cotton contracts (J34 and S6) for November will not be available for trading.

Futures trading in the Kilo gold and Mega silver contracts that were launched on NCDEX on March 31 will continue for September and October contracts, the exchange said on its web site Saturday.

Cotton J34 and S6 varieties contracts, which were launched on NCDEX on Jun. 3, will continue to be traded for October, another circular said.

"The November contracts for Cotton J34 and S6 varieties were withdrawn as NCDEX is reviewing the contract month pattern," said an exchange official.
