The Nikkei has rallied 348 points to 15,975. The Hang Seng is up 32 points at 15,526.The Dow Jones moved up 25 points to 11,006. The Nasdaq was down a point at 2267. The US crude oil futures for April delivery plunged $1.56 to settle at $60.02 a barrel on the NYMEX.The Indian ADRs ended on a mixed note. MTNL perked up 2.4% to $6.95, and HDFC Bank advanced 1.5% to $53.60. VSNL slumped 4.5% to $16.06, and ICICI Bank dropped 3% to $29.
