The stock of Akruti City, which rose by 27.53 per cent and 10.68 per cent on Wednesday and Thursday respectively, plunged by 27.83 per cent today, a day after the National Stock Exchange (NSE) excluded the scrip from the F&O segment.
The realty stock, which saw its lifetime intraday highs on both occasions, today closed at Rs 1,607 on the Bombay Stock Exchange as its counter shed 58,200 shares in open interest.
The stock has now been placed under surveillance and would be in the trade-to-trade segment, attracting a 5 per cent circuit filter.
