Almond marginally up on retailers demand

In restricted activity, almond rose by Rs 50 per 40 kg in the national capital today on pick up in retailers demand.

Elesehwere, prices moved in a tight range on alternate bouts of trading and settled around previous levels.

Marketmen said a rise in retailers demand mainly helped almond and its kernel prices to trade higher.

Almond (California) gained Rs 50 to Rs 9950 per 40 kg, while its kernel traded higher by Rs 2 to 362-367 per kg.
