Leading real estate firm Arihant Superstructures is looking at raising Rs 50-100 crore through private equity early next fiscal to fund its expansion plans, a top company official said.
"We are considering various options of fund-raising such as construction finance or private equity. We are looking at mainly PE though and might raise about Rs 50-100 crore," Arihant Superstructures' Managing Director Ashok Chajjer told PTI here.
He, however, refused to divulge further details.
Asked about its future projects, Chajjer said the company is currently developing around 10 affordable housing projects spread over 15 lakh square feet area across the country.
He also said that all current projects would be completed over the next four to five years.
Besides, the BSE-listed company also plans to launch a commercial project in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra.
"We will be launching our commercial project that will include a hospitality and IT park spread over six lakh square feet," Chajjer said.
The project, that would house a hotel with 108 keys, is likely to be completed by 2012, he added.
