Asian indices have opened flat

Hang Seng is quoting at 19,705, weaker by 61 points or 0.3% and the
Nikkei has opened at 9,743, lower by 19 points or 0.2%.

Seoul Composite is quoting at 1,626, up by 3 points or 0.2%,
Taiwan Weighted is at 7,300, higher by 5 points or0.07% and Straits
Times is at 2,755, up 59 points or 2%.

Shanghai Composite is at 2,631, down 25 points or 0.9%.
