Asian markets end in the green

The Asian markets have ended on a positive note. The Nikkei closed at 10,253, up 31 points.

Taiwan Weighted closed at 7,629, stronger by 31 points, Seoul Composite ended at 1,622, higher by seven points and Straits Times shut at 2,781, up nine points. And the Shanghai Composite ended 23 points higher at 3,097.

Hang Seng was an exception, ended 29 points lower at 20,876.

The Asian markets continue to trade flat. The Hang Seng is quoting at 20,911, higher by five points, and the Nikkei is at 10,240, up 18 points.

Taiwan Weighted is up 15 points at 7,613, while Straits Times and Seoul Composite are flat at 2,769 and 1,618 respectively.

The Asian markets have opened in the green. The Hang Seng is quoting at 20,916, stronger by 10 points and the Nikkei is at 10,253, higher by 31 points.

Taiwan Weighted is at 7,632, up 34 points or 0.4%. 

Straits Times and Seoul Composite are flat at 2,773 and 1,616 respectively.
