Asian markets ended mixed on Friday ahead of the monthly US jobs data. The Hang Seng dropped 56 points to 22,498. The Nikkei, on the other hand, added 45 points to 10,023.
The Shanghai Composite advanced 52 points (1.5%) to 3,317. The Seoul Composite was up nine points at 1,625.
Meanwhile, the Taiwan Weighted dropped 34 points to 7,651. The Straits Times slipped 15 points ti 2,794.

The Asian markets have turned mixed now. The Hang Seng has shed 313 points or 1% to 22,241.
The Nikkei has added 45 points or 0.5% at 10,022.
The Shanghai Composite Index is up 24 points at 3,289.
The Straits Times and the Taiwan Weighted Index are marginally down at 2,791 and 7,651, respectively.

The Shanghai Composite Index is flat at 3,268.
The Taiwan Weighted Index is up 13 points at 7,697. Both the Seoul Composite and the straits Times are flat at 2,799, respectively.
