Asian markets are in negative zone this morning.The Hang Seng has slipped 151 points to 24,427. The Nikkei has shed 125 points at 13,325.The Taiwan Weighted index has dropped 29 points to 8,701. The Straits Times index has declined 25 points to 3,157, and the Seoul Composite index is down 21 points at 1,753.The Shanghai Composite index, however, is up nine points at 3,609.
