Asian markets were marginally in green in morning trades.The Hang Seng has moved up 22 points at 19,378. The Shanghai index was up three points to 3036.Japan's Nikkei was closed today on account of a National holiday.The Straits Times and Taiwan Weighted indices were up around 20 odd points at 3137 and 7756, respectively. The Seoul Composite index, however, was down eight points at 1436.
