Asian markets are marginally in green this morning.
The Hang Seng has gained 40 points at 19,429. The Nikkei has advanced 128 points to 12,231.
The Taiwan Weighted index is up seven points at 6,259. The Straits Times index has moved up 27 points to 2,568, and the Seoul Composite index has added 27 points to 1,470.
The Shanghai Composite index is flat at 2,079.
