The Shanghai Composite index has dropped 65 points to 4,082, and the Straits Times index is down 13 points at 2,823.The Nikkei has moved up 17 points to 12,549. The Taiwan Weighted index has gained nine points at 8,308, and the Seoul Composite index has added six points to 1,632.
