Asian markets are mixed this morning following a flat close on the Wall Street. The Nikkei has moved up 34 points to 17,453. The Hang Seng has rallied 174 points to 19,690. The Taiwan Weighted index has advanced 30 points to 7854.On the other hand, the Shanghai index is down four points at 3067. The Straits Times has slipped nine points to 3211, and the Seoul Composite index is down two points at 1447.
