Asian markets open higher

The Asian markets have opened largely in the green as Greece moved closer to receiving more aid to avoid a sovereign default.

The top movers among the Asian inidces are Shanghai Composite,Hang Seng, Jakarta Composite and Straits Times gaining 1% each.

However,KLSE Composite and Nikkei are trading flat with a negative bias.
