The Asian indices have opened in the green.
Hang Seng is quoting at 20,597,and the Nikkei has opened at 9,265, higher by 274 points or 3% on Monday after the yen slipped as the Bank of Japan began an emergency policy meeting and after revised second quarter U.S. GDP was less gloomy than expected.
Seoul Composite is quoting at 1,756, stronger by 26 points or 1.5%, Taiwan Weighted is at 7,797, up by 73 points or 1% and Straits
Times is at 2,938, higher by 12 points or 0.4%.
Shanghai Composite is at 2,632, stronger by 22 points or 0.8%.
