The Asian markets have started the day on a subdued note.
Hang Seng is at 23,170, higher by 13 points and Nikkei is at 10,849, up 41 points or 0.3%.
On the other hand, Seoul Composite is at 1,974, weaker by 15 points or 0.7%, Straits Times is at 3,084, lower by nine points or 0.3% and Taiwan Weighted is at 8,701, down 11 points or 0.1%.
