Asian markets have rallied smartly on the back of smart gains in the US markets.The Hang Seng has surged 534 points to 24,412. The Nikkei has rallied 306 points to 13,452.The Taiwan Weighted index has moved up 86 points to 9,152. The Straits Times index has advanced 61 points to 3,149, and the Seoul Composite index has added 20 points to 1,778.The Shanghai Composite index is up 12 points at 3,303.
