Asian markets have rebounded into the positive zone backed by fresh buying at lower levels. The Shanghai Composite index has soared 84 points to 3257. The Hang Seng and Taiwan Weighted indices have moved up 37 points each to 19,591 and 7825, respectively. The Seoul Composite index has advanced 10 points to 1450, and the Straits Times index has added seven points to 3208.The Nikkei has recovered from lower levels and is now down 37 points at 17,217.
