Asian markets are marginally up this morning.The Hang Seng has gained 207 points at 24,079. The Nikkei is up 11 points at 13,201.The Taiwan Weighted index has slipped 18 points to 8,588. The Straits Times index has advanced 20 points to 3,145, and the Seoul Composite index has added 14 points to 1,757.The Shanghai Composite index is up seven points at 3,355.
