Asian markets are up this morning following a weak day yesterday.The Hang Seng has rallied 310 points to 23,159. The Nikkei has gained 172 points at 12,698.The Taiwan Weighted index is unchanged at 8,573. The Straits Times index has advanced 29 points to 3,037, and the Seoul Composite index has added 12 points to 1,716.The Shanghai Composite index has plunged 86 points to 3,387.
