Asian markets are mostly up in morning trades today.The Nikkei has moved up 81 points to 16,844. The Hang Seng has advanced 72 points to 21,865.China's Shanghai Composite index has rallied 51 points to 4801.The Taiwan Weighted index has added 15 points to 8946, and the Seoul Composite index is up five points at 1833.The Straits Times index, however, has slipped 25 points to 3334.
