AXISCADES Engineering Technologies has rallied 11% to Rs 197 on the BSE in early morning trade, extending its previous day’s 10% surge, after the company said it has signed a strategic agreement with Airbus to provide a range of critical engineering services for all Airbus aircraft programmes as tier-1 suppliers.
The services will be provided from a dedicated development centre in Bengaluru.
“Airbus on Thursday signed a strategic agreement with QuEST Global and AXISCADES to provide a range of critical engineering services for all Airbus aircraft programmes as tier-1 suppliers,” AXISCADES Engineering Technologies said in a press release.
QuEST will provide services for the Wing and AXISCADES for the Fuselage, it added.
At 09:39 am; the stock was up 6% at Rs 189 on the BSE. The trading volumes on the counter more than doubled with a combined 629,849 shares change hands on the BSE and NSE so far.
