Cardamom prices fell by 0.42% to Rs 705.50 per kg in futures trade today as speculators booked profits at prevailing levels amid subdued demand in the spot market.

Besides, adequate stocks position in the physical market following increased arrivals from producing belts also put pressure on cardamom.

At the Multi Commodity Exchange, cardamom for delivery in December fell by Rs 3, or 0.42% to Rs 705.50 per kg in business turnover of 104 lots.
