Copra declines on thin trade

Copra prices drifted by Rs 100 per quintal in the steady wholesale dry fruits market today.

Traders said sluggish demand against adequate supply in the market mainly led to a fall in wholesale copra prices. In the national capital, copra prices lost Rs 100 to Rs 5,400-6,200 per quintal.

Elsewhere, other dry fruits moved in a tight range in limited deals and settled around previous levels.
