Cottonseed down 0.9% on selling pressure

Cottonseed prices lost Rs 15 to Rs 1,537 per quintal in futures trade today following selling pressure at prevailing higher levels.

At the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange, cottonseed prices for far March contract moved down by Rs 15, or 0.97%, to Rs 1,537 per quintal, with an open interest of 16,570 lots.

Most active December contract fell by Rs 9, or 0.60%, to Rs 1,485 per quintal, having an open interest of 75,270 lots.
