Crude palm oil prices fell by 0.30%, or Rs 1.40, to Rs 469.30 per 10 kg in futures trading today due to subdued demand in spot markets.
At the Multi Commodity Exchange, crude palm oil for delivery in May declined by Rs 1.40, or 0.30%, to Rs 469.30 per 10 kg in business turnover of 96 lots.
Similarly, the oil for delivery in June fell marginally by 60 paise, or 0.13%, to Rs 470.20 per 10 kg in 113 lots.
Market analysts said besides subdued demand in the spot market, adequate stocks position mainly influenced crude palm oil prices at futures trade.
