The counter has clocked a huge volume of around 1.50 crore shares.Suzlon rallied to a high of Rs 1,325 after the company announced the acquisition of the Hanson group companies for an enterprise value of $565 million. The stock is now up 2.2% at Rs 1,318 with a volume of around 2.60 lakh shares.Financial Technologies rallied to a high of Rs 1,387 on the news that the company's subsidairy Mulit Commodity Exchange (MCX) has filed papers for a public float with Sebi. The stock is now trading with a small gain of 1.8% at Rs 1,309, and the counter has seen trades of around 28,500 shares.The board of directors of Venus Remedies yesterday approved a proposal to raise $20 million from the overseas market. The stock has gained 2% at Rs 358, and around 17,600 shares have changed hands at the counter.Cranes Software zoomed to a high of Rs 111 on plans of raising euro 42 million via an FCCB issue. The stock is now up 6.5% at Rs 108, and the counter has seen trades of around 35,000 shares.The Sensex is steady with a gain of 58 points at 10,937.
