Reliance Natural Resources (RNRL) has hit the 10% upper limit at Rs 41.45. The stock has appreciated a whopping 137% in just 11 trading sessions. The company's board has proposed an open offer to acquire 32.66 crore shares at Rs 25.65 each. The offer will run from May 3 to May 22. Rajesh Exports surged to a high of Rs 210 after annoucing the acquisition of OyzterBay. The stock is now up almost 4% at Rs 208. Around two lakh shares have changed hands at the counter.Scandent Solutions rallied to a high of Rs 171 on the announcement that a Merrill Lynch subsidairy has invested Rs 133.65 crore in the company. The stock is now up 3.2% at Rs 166 with a volume of around 4.40 lakh shares. The Sensex is now up 50 points at 10,852.
